As a club we always strive for excellence, and want to create a club which is run by its membership giving us the flexibility to make changes when needed that are most appropriate for everyone.
At the last management committee meeting we reviewed each section of the club (Ladies, Mens and Juniors) to discuss if any changes were needed for the next half of the season. After consulting with club captains, captains and a sample of players we have taken the decision to alter the mens training session, as a trial, for the second half of the season to a combined mens section training from 7-9pm. This alleviates the concerns re the lateness of a 10pm finish, and aims to build greater engagement as a whole mens section for the training sessions.
Your input and ongoing feedback is vital to the success of these sessions and we will use the January training sessions to continually review the format so look forward to seeing everyone back on the pitch next week.
