Fylde Ladies U16 0-2 Alderley Edge U16
EH U16 Tier 1 Championship
This was the third game played in the regional round and was well fought by two teams in difficult weather conditions. The Fylde team was without 9 players from the original squad that beat Brooklands Poynton in October 8-1.
The much younger squad played really well and held the opposition conceding a goal in each half. Emily Marsh and Mia Anderson at the back, Bo and Hattie Madden tirelessly drove the side on. Thanks to Beth Ridsdale who donned the pads from her normal role as a forward yesterday.
